Buena Film Festival – This Wednesday at 7PM in the Lecture Hall at Buena!
Join us Wednesday night in the Lecture Hall for the Buena Film Festival, featuring seven brand-new short films created in just nine days by our student filmmakers. This year’s theme is “The Meaning of Friendship.”
Admission is $5 cash at the door, and trophies will be awarded to the top three judge-selected films, along with an Audience Choice Award determined by attendees.
Come enjoy an inspiring evening of storytelling and support our talented student creators!

Shoutout to our girls volleyball team who conducted community service with a local elementary school yesterday! The girls spent part of their day reading, playing and mentoring the elementary students. What a great experience for all!
Congratulations to our very own SLAC students for being selected to represent all 5A schools in the state of Arizona. Over the year they will travel to Phoenix once a month to work with various other representatives to improve athletics, build leadership skills and promote new ideas to better the AIA!
The Buena Football game and tailgate tonight is currently on a weather delay due to lightning. Please do not head the Buena at this time. As soon as the weather has past the festivities will continue. Thanks you.
