Today we celebrated our veterans! πΊπΈ
The JCMS family came together to cook a delicious breakfast for our honored guests. The band serenaded them as they arrived, setting a warm and welcoming tone. Students wrote thoughtful thank-you cards, and several shared their Patriot Essays with pride. Dr. Clay closed our celebration with a powerful and heartfelt keynote speech that brought tears to many. We ended the morning breaking bread together in fellowship and gratitude. β€οΈπ€π

We're so excited for our Peter Pan Production. Students have been working all year to put on a great play! No cover charge and they'll be performing Nov 6 & 7!

Weβll be recognizing our Coyotes this Friday, November 7th, in the cafeteria!

Dear JCMS Families,
We are proud to honor the brave men and women who have served our country. On Monday, November 10th, JCMS will host a Veteranβs Breakfast from 7:30β8:45 a.m. as we come together to celebrate and thank our veterans for their service.
Invitations will be going home through studentsβ Social Studies classes this week.
As part of our tribute, we would love to create a display honoring our heroes. We invite families to share copies of photographs of relatives or loved ones who have served in the military. Please email photos to yolanda.everett@svps.k12.az.us.
Thank you for helping us make this a meaningful event for our students and community.
With gratitude,
JCMS Administration

A big thank you to the DEA for coming to JCMS to teach our Coyotes about the dangers of drugs! Our students were amazingβrespectful, engaged, and loved the hands-on activities!

TRUNK OR TREAT 2025! We had a blast!

Dear Families,
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Trunk or Treat event last night! We truly enjoyed seeing all the little monsters, goblins, and princesses of every size. It was a wonderful evening filled with laughter and community.
Weβd also like to extend our appreciation to the families who continue working closely with JCMS to promote responsibility with their teenagers. The majority of our students are doing a fantastic job carrying their school IDs each day, and it truly makes life easier at JCMS!
β’ Picture Day ran smoothly thanks to those who had their IDs on hand.
β’ Lunch and bus dismissal are faster and more organized.
β’ Most importantly, IDs help us ensure every student is safe, accounted for, and easily identifiable for security purposes.
A little housekeeping:
β’ Students without an ID need to purchase one for $5 in the front office.
β’ If an ID is not scanning or working properly, students should come to the front office during lunchtime or after school so we can troubleshoot the issue.
β’ Please remind your student that they must have their ID to ride the bus. Students who forget or misplace their ID will not be allowed to board. Additionally, students should remain in their designated bus lines; many have missed their buses because they are distracted by their phones or chatting with friends.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership in helping our Coyotes stay respectful, responsible, safe, and ready to learn each day!
Warm regards,
Principal Paz, JCMS
