Dear Joyce Clark Families,

In our continued commitment to student safety, we are making important changes to our drop-off and pick-up procedures, effective the first day of school—Wednesday, July 30th.

Last year, students were exiting vehicles opposite of the sidewalk, creating unsafe conditions. To address this concern and ensure a safer, more efficient system, all parent  and staff traffic will now use the north driveway of the school to enter the parking lot and parent dropoff line,  this will allow students to exit curbside only.

Please review the following important updates to our traffic flow:

• The south driveway will now be for exiting vehicles only and for bus entry.

• The front of the school will no longer allow double-lane drop-offs. Please pull forward as far as possible before letting your student exit—this keeps the line moving and minimizes delays.

• The south entrance is for buses only—no parent drop-off or entry will be allowed.

• You may continue to travel in either direction on Lenzer Avenue, but families must enter campus using the north driveway and exit using the south driveway.

• Please do not use the parking lot to skip the line or drop off students. This creates serious safety risks and traffic disruptions.

To support a smooth transition, staff members and local law enforcement will be on site to help direct traffic. Please follow all posted signs and staff instructions—we're all working together to keep our students safe.

We understand that any change can take time to adjust to, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation as we implement this improved traffic flow. Our top priority is—and always will be—the safety and well-being of our students.
