MY Ride K 12 App
Never miss the school bus again!
We’re excited to share that our district’s buses are now equipped with GPS, allowing parents to track bus locations in real time! With the My Ride K-12 web and mobile app for Apple® and Android® devices, you can ensure your students never miss the bus again.
Parents can sign up using the email associated with ParentVue and their student’s SVUSD ID. See more details below to get started!
This secure portal provides access to bus stop locations, routes, and pickup times. Plus, with the integration of GPS geolocation, users can now see their bus’s exact location and know when to expect their daily ride.

Type of Transportation Request
New Bus Rider & Alternate Transportation Request
Thank you for submitting a transportation request for your student(s).
This form should be used for:
Students who are new bus riders
Students who need multiple pickup and/or drop-off locations due to shared custody, childcare, or other ongoing transportation needs
Students requesting a change to their current transportation assignment due to moving to a new house.
After your request is submitted, a member of our SVUSD Welcome Center team will contact you to help facilitate the requested transportation changes and ensure we have all the information needed to safely assign your student to the appropriate bus route.
Please allow several business days for requests to be reviewed and processed. Families will be notified once transportation arrangements have been finalized.
Please Note: This form is intended for ongoing transportation needs only.
If your student needs to ride a different bus on a short-term, temporary basis (for example, if a parent is out of town and the student will be staying with grandparents or another caregiver), do not use this form. Instead, please contact your student's school office to request a Bus Substitution Pass.

Bus Routes & Times
Transportation for 8th Grade Students
Students attending Town & Country Neighborhood School for 8th grade will board the bus route assigned to their home neighborhood school. Upon arrival, they will transfer to a shuttle bus that will transport them to Town & Country Neighborhood School.
Please know that times are approximate. Your bus driver will try to keep to the bus schedule, but sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that might cause a delay. Times may vary due to construction, traffic, etc., especially during the first week of school.
If your child's bus is running more than 15 minutes late, please call the Welcome Center at (520) 515-2761 for an update on the status of your bus. We request that you have your children waiting at the bus stop 5 minutes prior to your bus's scheduled stop time.
