Aysha was selected as the Athlete of the Week for her continuous outstanding athletic performance, while also displaying positive leadership qualities. She is currently serving as one of the wrestling captains. She continuously leads her team by example and helps maintain high energy among the team. She went 3-0 on her Senior Night last Wednesday. Additionally, she competed at the William Bell Tournament this weekend. She finished with a 3-1 record. Congratulations and good luck with the rest of your season, Aysha! Nate Angle was chosen for Buena's Athlete of the Week for his senior night wrestling match this past Wednesday. Nate has been a valuable leader and teammate for Buena Wrestling, and a great example for the growing program. Nate went 3-0 during senior night, remaining undefeated. He has set himself up for a promising final season with Buena. Congratulations Nate!

Buena's 8th Annual Film Festival was held on Wednesday night. Film/TV students were given a prompt on Thursday, November 9th. Registered students had the next 10 days to write, storyboard, shoot, edit and export a 2 - 10 minute short film. All videos that were submitted were judged by industry professionals this past week.
