Absence Reporting

Please report your student absent as it is very important that we keep accurate records. It also allows us to mark your student as excused.

Parents/guardians are asked to report their student absent before 9:00 a.m. each day their student will be absent.

To report your student absent, there are three methods in which to do so:

 

Please make sure to include the following in your email:

  1. Student's name

  2. Reason for student's absence

  3. Your relationship to the student

 

Parents/guardians: Calling the school immediately gives us the assurance that your child is safe. Please ensure that we have your accurate, up-to-date telephone numbers and addresses in case we need to contact you. You can easily update your contact information in ParentVUE.

Leaving school early

Students who leave school during school hours must be checked out at the office. If your child has a dental or doctor appointment, you must pick up your child at the office. We will not release children to go home alone or to an appointment based on a note from you.

We also require that you accompany your child to the office when he/she returns to school.
