Dear Parents and Guardians,
Due to adverse weather conditions and the presence of lightning in a 10 mile area, we will be implementing a delayed dismissal procedure today at Village Meadows. The safety of our students is of paramount importance, and we are taking these precautions to ensure their well-being. During delayed dismissal all students who ride the bus or walk home will be kept in the school until the lightning has passed.
Parents are welcome to pick up their students by coming to the office to sign them out. Please bring a photo ID with you to the office.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these weather-related delays. Your child's safety is our top priority, and we are committed to making informed decisions that ensure their well-being.
Thank you for your consideration and support.
Sincerely,
Principal Wambach

October is National Bullying Prevention Month. Bullying can impact a studentβs education, physical, emotional health, and their safety and well-being.
