Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are pleased to inform you that the lightning has passed, and students are now being released to ride the bus or walk home.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these weather-related delays. Your child's safety is our top priority, and we are committed to making informed decisions that ensure their well-being.
Thank you for your consideration and support.

π Our Village Meadows Kindergarteners had their promotion today, and yesterday we got a taste of it with the "Car Show" parade! π
The whole school had a chance to watch as the Kindergarteners showed off their amazing cars, crafted with lots of love and ingenuity. And oh, were they incredible! β€οΈβ¨
Thank you, parents, for your support. The Wolfpack is proudly driving into 1st grade with no speed limit! πΊπ
We are so proud of our little ones!

π¬ We love science at Village Meadows, and we got it! Last week, we had our final visit from the Arizona Science Center, and our Wolfpack enjoyed it a great bunch. They learned about the digestive system, rollercoaster engineering, how disease spreads, electricity, Battle Bots, clouds and space, and so much more! π
We are thrilled to have had the Science Center visit us three times, and our Wolfpack just loved all the hands-on activities! Thank you, Arizona Science Center, for sparking our students' curiosity and passion for science! ππ #ScienceRocks #HandsOnLearning #VillageMeadowsWolfpack #ThankYouArizonaScienceCenter

The final Pride of the Pack Assembly is Thursday, May 23rd. The flyer that went home had the incorrect date. Everything else is correct, we hope to see everyone there!

Out of an abundance of caution, Village Meadows activated a βShelter in Placeβ order due to a skunk on campus. The proper authorities have been called to assist in the situation. βShelter in Placeβ means that teaching continues but students are kept in their classroom and not outside.

π The Wolfpack had an amazing time at the Cove and Field Day! π
Slashing, riding the waves, and soaking up some warmth in the great big hot tub were some of the student's favorite activities. We are so thankful for the opportunity for our students to go and enjoy themselves. They all worked so hard and truly earned this fun at the end of the school year!
Plus, they had a blast on Tuesday with our Field Day! Lots of games, fun, and water to cool them downβjust an all-around great day. A huge thank you to all of our 6th graders for helping run everything so smoothly!
Way to go, Wolfpack! πΊπ
