PDS is proud of their Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Haley Lewis! Mrs. Lewis genuinely cares about her students and supports their achievements by implementing research based teaching strategies. She sets students up for success through collaborative work while supporting district initiatives. She has served as an active participant om the school PBIS Tier 1 team and understands her student's individual social needs. Mrs. Lewis' focus on student growth is evident in her participation in professional learning communities. Her instruction is tailored and modified to reflect current data and student performance. She works actively with students to assist them in tracking their date and setting personal goals.
Thank you to Mrs. Lewis for always looking out for our Dustdevils. Congratulations on being PDS Teacher of the Year!

PDS loves their School Counselor, Ms. Galbraith!
"While this is my first year as a school counselor, I have always been in roles where I was able to help build and shape the minds of the youth. Since taking on this role as a counselor I have enjoyed getting to know each student and helping them work through their problems. My favorite thing about being a school counselor is helping the students see the bigger picture."
Thank you for #HelpingStudentsDreamBig
